Getting started
Five steps, once.
Every step can be skipped and finished later — the platform works from the first one. Most agents are live the same afternoon.
Tell us who you are
Your name, your market, and how you'd like clients to reach you. A few fields, not a form.
Bring your brand
Upload your headshot and logo, choose your colours and typefaces. Everything the platform makes for you — pages, brochures, emails, social — wears them from this moment on.
Meet Elle
Verify your mobile number and your assistant answers texts and calls on your concierge line. Ask her for a brochure from the car; it's waiting when you're back.
Connect your listings
Link your MLS feed and your inventory syncs itself, photographs and all. No feed yet? Add a listing by hand — or just tell Elle about it.
Publish your website
Choose a design, point your own domain at it, and go live. Your listings are already on it.
Then it runs
While you’re with clients, Luxury Lab keeps working.
Five moments that would otherwise wait for you to sit down at a desk. Each one happens on its own — and stops where your judgement begins.
01A new inquiry arrives
The lead is captured with the property and source that brought them in.
Someone enquires from your website or a listing page. The contact is created, filed against the property they were looking at, and tagged with where they came from — so you never have to reconstruct it later. If you run follow-up plans, the right one starts on its own.
02A showing is requested
Your availability is checked and the appointment is added to your calendar.
Your availability windows, appointment length, and minimum notice decide what a visitor is even offered. Confirm the request and it lands on your connected calendar with the visitor invited. Two people can't take the same slot — the second one is told it just went.
03A listing changes
Luxury Lab identifies matching buyers and prepares the introductions.
When a listing arrives from your MLS feed or changes price, your buyers' briefs are checked against it — price band and market, with room at the edges. Matches wait for you on the listing and in the morning brief. Dismiss one and it stays dismissed.
04A client needs a response
Elle drafts a reply using the history of the relationship. You review and send.
Elle reads the conversation you're actually in, the client's record, and the listings you've discussed, then stages a reply in the composer. She has no send button — that is deliberate, and it is yours. Your private notes on a client never feed outbound copy.
05A deadline approaches
Your transaction workflow surfaces the next step before it becomes urgent.
Each deal runs on a sequence of dated steps — your own sequence, if the standard one doesn't match how you work. Steps appear in your tasks and your morning brief, and an overdue one gets louder rather than quietly disappearing.
Every morning
The day, already prepared.
Overnight, Luxury Lab reads your book: the showings on the calendar, the replies waiting, the buyers a new listing just matched, the clients drifting out of touch, and the dates closing in. It arrives as one brief — daily, weekly, or never, as you prefer.
Each line comes with the one thing you'd do about it. Ask Elle to handle it and she does the work; the decision stays yours.
Good morning, Alexandra.
You stay in control
Automatic where it helps. Never where it matters.
An assistant that acts on your behalf is only useful if you can predict exactly where it stops. Here is where.
Nothing is sent without you
Elle drafts client replies into the composer and stops there. She has no send button.
Nothing is published without you
Pages, listing pages, and website changes wait for your approval before they go live.
Nothing consequential is silent
Actions that carry weight ask for your confirmation first, on every channel.
Your book stays yours
Client data belongs to your business and connects only to the services you choose to link.

The demo is a working account — sample listings, contacts, marketing, and a morning brief already prepared. Nothing to install.
